This policy explains what data Whale Radar ("we") collects and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Telegram data: your Telegram chat ID and username, provided by Telegram when you start the bot.
• Your settings: the public wallet addresses you choose to follow, the labels you give them, your price alerts and feed preferences.
• Subscription data: your license key and its status. Payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card number. Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name and email for your order.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the Service: sending your alerts, applying your plan limits, verifying your subscription and answering support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

We rely on Telegram (message delivery), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and public data providers such as Etherscan, DexScreener and CoinGecko (we send them only public addresses and coin identifiers, never your identity). The Service is hosted on servers located in France (OVHcloud).

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the Service. To delete it, email us from the address linked to your subscription or message us with your Telegram username; we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Security

Data is stored on a private server with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
