Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time using the "Manage subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the free plan. No further charges are made.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the billing period or where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email erpallsector@gmail.com with your order number or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
