Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Whale Radar (the "Service"), a Telegram bot operated by erpallsector, Tunis, Tunisia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Whale Radar sends automated alerts based on publicly available blockchain and market data: movements of wallets you choose to follow, newly listed tokens on decentralized exchanges, and price levels you set. The Service is provided through Telegram and requires a Telegram account.

2. No financial advice

The Service is for information only. Nothing it provides is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you may lose all of your money. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. No custody

We never hold, transfer, exchange, invest or manage funds or crypto assets on your behalf. We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or wallet connection.

4. Plans and payment

A free plan is available with limited features. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription (currently USD 15 per month) sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. After purchase you receive a license key that you activate in the bot. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, resell, reverse engineer or automate access to the Service, share or resell license keys, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party data sources (such as Etherscan, DexScreener, CoinGecko) or Telegram may be unavailable at times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the bot. You may stop using the Service at any time.
